When storing home grown produce we recommend cutting off the tops of root vegetables and allowing them to dry prior to storage. You shouldn't wash fruit or veg before storage, simply brush off any excess soil.

 Once bags are full of produce they should be in a cool, dry place as this will help to prevent any rotting to occur.
